The Neon Institute is built on donated money, donated signs, and a town's trust. How we run is public, on this page.

Who we are

Board members, officers, and instructors will be listed here by name as the organization formalizes, along with our conflict-of-interest policy.

Where the money goes

• Workshop fees fund materials, equipment, and shop time.
• Donations and grants fund restoration of historic Tucumcari signs and scholarships for students who could not otherwise attend.
• Restored signs stay with their buildings and owners — we restore them, we do not collect them.
